Start a DAO Campaign

Managers commit PWR as collateral ("skin in the game") and investors provide funding. Once both PWR and investment goals are reached, the Child DAO launches. Committed PWR is locked until the end of the lock period and used as voting power for Child DAO governance, while investments are sent to the treasury.
