The DAO's objective is to support Waves ecosystem projects while offering a consistent income to its members.

To become a part of the DAO, you must stake $pwr tokens within the DAO and complete tasks assigned to DAO members (once the DAO is operational). These tasks include activities like promoting Waves projects on social media, organizing events, and establishing connections with potential ecosystem partners.

The DAO provides rewards in two main categories:

1. UBI Rewards: These are designed to encourage ongoing activity on social media. Additional $pwr tokens will be created to maintain a steady Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of approximately 10% per month for the $pwr tokens staked within the DAO.

2. Specific Campaign Rewards: These rewards are intended for promoting specific projects and are given in the form of tokens related to those projects. In this scenario, all DAO participants, referred to as ambassadors, receive rewards in the tokens of the projects they support.

An executive committee is elected through a DAO vote, responsible for coordinating DAO activities and ensuring that ambassador tasks are completed. The funding for this committee is sourced from the DAO treasury, based on DAO voting.

Furthermore, the DAO governance has the authority to vote on bringing additional ambassadors into the DAO by allocating more $pwr tokens to them or by offering custom rewards for specific ambassadors.

Waves Ambassador DAO

I propose the launch of a DAO tailored for Vires token holders and users seeking to participate in the reimagined Vires.finance, which will be known as  Numeris.finance now. Our DeFi platform will offer a unique model distinct from the traditional approach, where interest rates are typically linked to the utilization of lender-supplied funds.

Here's how Numeris.finance operates:

Fixed Borrower Interest: Borrowers are obligated to pay a consistent, unchanging interest rate weekly, regardless of their fund usage. This offers stability to both borrowers and lenders.

Collateral-Based Borrowing: Borrowers can access funds up to a limit determined by multiplying the total liquidity provided by lenders by a predetermined fixed collateral ratio, typically ranging from 0.1 to 0.5. This ensures borrowers maintain collateral proportionate to their borrowing, reducing lender risk.

Collateral Liquidation Mechanism: To protect lender interests and the borrower's account health, if a borrower misses their weekly interest payment, a portion of their collateral is automatically liquidated to cover the outstanding interest. Prolonged missed payments could result in complete account liquidation.

Fixed Interest Rate: Unlike traditional lending models with fluctuating interest rates, Numeris.finance maintains a constant interest rate for borrowers, aiding borrowers in managing their financial commitments.
Capped Borrowing Limit: To ensure system stability, only a specific percentage of total available funds can be borrowed at any given time. This limitation prevents excessive borrowing that could strain liquidity and operations.

Existing Vires token holders will continue receiving platform profits as before, based on the difference between lending and borrowing interest rates. In the Numeris DAO, they'll also receive $pwr tokens based on their current locked $vires token holdings, with a total of 100 $pwr tokens distributed. The final distribution list will be approved by the DAO itself. In addition an equal part of the total platform profits will go to resolution of Vires.finance liquidity crunch situation.

New members are welcome to join the DAO. The DAO treasury will raise 1 million XTN, with 500k allocated for development and the other 500k used to purchase Vires tokens on the open market, subsequently deposited into the DAO treasury, creating a profit stream. $pwr tokens will be credited to treasury depositors based on the current market rate.

The DAO's KPI period for profit distribution from Vires token staking is set at three months, after which $pwr tokens can be unstaked. Treasury depositors can also choose to unstake their $pwr tokens and receive a corresponding share of Vires tokens from the treasury if they wish to do so. Participants in the DAO will profit from staking interest on Vires tokens in the treasury and its potential price growth.

# Proposal to Launch Solar DAO on the Power DAO Protocol

We install a solar plant consisting of 12 solar panels that will generate the equivalent kWh monthly. How much will Sasha pay for this installation? Zero dollars. It's a zero-investment model for Sasha, who signs a 12-year solar power purchase agreement with Solar Waves.

Solar Waves publishes Sasha's initiative on its website and offers 12 NFTs for sale, representing the cost of the photovoltaic plant Sasha is acquiring. Certified installers from Solar Waves set up the plant, and Sasha receives a monthly bill for the solar energy generated, priced at a 10% discount to the market rate. Therefore, Sasha pays $180 per month instead of the usual $200.

Meanwhile, 95% of the net profits from the energy generated are returned to the DAO participants and the direct investors who purchased the NFTs. This model ensures both transparency and a sustainable return on investment for all stakeholders.

# Wx.network DAO Introduction

**Objectives**:
1. Boost the value of the WX token.
2. Grant the community complete control over WX.

**Current Strategy**:
- Significant increase in trading fees to hasten the buyback of WXG tokens.

## DAO Flow:

1. **GWX Token Staking**:
   - GWX (staked WX) holders receive 100 $pwr tokens.
   - These tokens are locked in the WX DAO for three months.

2. **Treasury Swap**:
   - A swap is executed with the Power DAO treasury, exchanging WX tokens equivalent to 100 $pwr.

3. **Treasury Contribution**:
   - 10 million WX tokens are contributed and locked in the treasury.

4. **WXG Token Deposit**:
   - WXG tokens, repurchased from WX trading fees, are deposited in the DAO.
   - The DAO has the discretion to sell them at a profit, indirectly benefiting from the WX trading fees.

   - Swaps are also made with the Mother DAO to recompense it for the issued $power tokens.

10. **Determining "Fair Price" for WX LP**:
   - This price is based on the treasury's growth, which includes both the WX and WXG components.
   - The WX team markets the token, and the accumulated funds are directed to the treasury.

We propose to launch the ["WavesDAO"](https://wavesdao.tech/) on the Power Protocol platform as a For profit DAO dedicated to funding the development of Waves Blockchain-based projects and initiatives. $PWR stakers will govern the DAO, Each governor must stake 1 PWR tokens to be included, and a minimum of 100 PWR must be staked for the initiation proposal to succeed. WAVES DAO

# sNSBT DAO

Staked NSBT (sNSBT) is a liquid staking product built to wrap gNSBT, which is a governance token of Neutrino Protocol. Launched in March 2022, sNSBT has 30K NSBT staked.

The idea of sNSBT is to allow users to earn gNSBT fees, participate in the governance, and do swaps in Neutrino, while having an option to sell their wrapped token to the open market, which is not possible with regular NSBT staking.

## Introducing the DAO!

For a long time, sNSBT was managed by a centralized entity ([myself](https://twitter.com/vlzhr)). Means I did all the rewards distributions and governance decisions manually. Time has come to decentralize the management of sNSBT and that's why I'm launching this DAO.

How it will work?

I'm going to launch a DAO and distribute a virtual share of 0.1 PWR among sNSBT holders (maybe later sNSBT DAO will be able to pay this amount back to me after unstaking its share from Neutrino DAO?). From now on, sNSBT holders will be able to use Power DAO interface to vote on any transactions which require sNSBT account signature, including:

- staking rewards claim
- staking rewards management
- rewards distribution
- swaps through Neutrino
- governance in Neutrino
- decisions to allow/deny new sNSBT minting

Non-Profit DAO will be aiming to fund projects that don’t have tokens in their projects *(that can’t be used for trading or arbitrage for generating some type of profit for the investors…)*The focus here will be to bring the fresh air of developments with useful tools for the ecosystem and members.

A Non-Profit DAO thrives on the generosity of donors. Its lifeblood is donations, willingly given by individuals and organizations who share its mission. These contributions are transparently managed and often influenced by donors’ preferences, ensuring every donation has a direct impact on causes that matter

**4. Funding the projects in Non-Profit DAO**

Projects can apply freely, but only if they already have a DEMO/BETA of the project. the second rule is they need to come up with a detailed plan about the project, what is going to be built, how much will cost, and the initial funds for the whole period. Each month they should create a proposal of transferring the funds needed for the next month from **guarantor** wallet and this will be voted by participants in the Non-Profit DAO

**5. No mercy for Non-profit DAO projects**

Each project can apply for these funds but under some person who will be **guarantor**, his work is to control what is happening in the project and how the fund is spent *(this means will have access to the wallet that funds are transferred… multising with **guarantor** and project owner)* this person should report to community every Monthly detailed reports for what they spend the funds and what they did etc… The chosen person by the project should have min 15 PWR and 4k waves, put in Non-Profit DAO of the project *(possibly some Miner to apply here too)* The punishments for Investors and **guarantor** will be really hard like never before if projects don’t bring promises by plan, Investors will be slashed based rules on MotherDAO and **guarantor** will lose all his PWR and Waves in the Non-profit DAO of the project, if the **guarantor** is some miner, he will be punished 80% of his PWR that are staked [+Buybacked](https://app.power.tech/dao/3PEwRcYNAUtoFvKpBhKoiwajnZfdoDR6h4h/proposal/2qJwqnPSkD1VcEDHfjezg5WAhQ3opxLkLHiFiKz8aWCE) and rewards in WavesDAO. Non-Profit DAO

The primary objective of the Marketing DAO is to provide support to the overall Waves ecosystem and specific projects that contribute to its development. This decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) operates on a for-profit basis, where decision makers,  ($power stakers), receive 20% of the growth in the treasury value. The remaining 80% is allocated to treasury depositors.

To generate profits, the Marketing DAO works with specific projects and tokens and receives compensation in the form of those tokens. Some of these tokens are utilized for airdrops and other promotional activities, while a portion is retained as remuneration. Additionally, funds deposited into the treasury can be used to cover operational expenses and are subject to governance by the DAO.
Key performance indicators (KPIs) are determined through DAO voting and are settled on a monthly or quarterly basis (depending on the governance decision). DAO participants effectively become Waves Ambassadors, being engaged in the decision making and execution process of the DAO.
