Wx.network DAO Introduction

Objectives:

1. Boost the value of the WX token.
2. Grant the community complete control over WX.

Current Strategy:

• Significant increase in trading fees to hasten the buyback of WXG tokens.
• Benefit DAO participants by increasing the value of staked assets.

DAO Flow:

1. GWX Token Staking:

   • GWX (staked WX) holders receive 100 $pwr tokens.
   • These tokens are locked in the WX DAO for three months.

2. Treasury Swap:

   • A swap is executed with the Power DAO treasury, exchanging WX tokens equivalent to 100 $pwr.

3. Treasury Contribution:

   • 10 million WX tokens are contributed and locked in the treasury.

4. WXG Token Deposit:

   • WXG tokens, repurchased from WX trading fees, are deposited in the DAO.
   • The DAO has the discretion to sell them at a profit, indirectly benefiting from the WX trading fees.

5. Excess Funds:

   • If there's an excess of deposited funds during the DAO initiation phase (beyond the 25000 $waves minimum), these surplus funds are channeled for WXG buybacks.

6. Buyback Strategy:

   • After the full buyback of WXG tokens, a fraction of the trading fees is allocated to the repurchase of WX tokens, bolstering the long-term growth of the DAO treasury.

7. Treasury Depositors:

   • They can interact with the DAO during its launch phase by obtaining locked $pwr tokens.
   • These tokens can be unlocked after a three-month KPI period (100 $pwr).
   • At the conclusion of each quarterly KPI period, $pwr stakers are awarded 20% of the treasury's growth, based on their voting participation.

8. Alternative Entry to the DAO:

   • One can join by buying the DAO's LP (WX LP) token in the market and transferring it to the treasury.
   • Only 1,000 LP tokens are in circulation.
   • In return, contributors receive a $pwr token, which becomes unlockable after the end of the second KPI period relative to their WX LP deposit.

9. Additional Swaps:

   • Swaps are also made with the Mother DAO to recompense it for the issued $power tokens.

10. Determining "Fair Price" for WX LP:

• This price is based on the treasury's growth, which includes both the WX and WXG components.
• The WX team markets the token, and the accumulated funds are directed to the treasury.
