uTokens Recovery DAO

The DAO was created to secure funding and execute the buyback of uTokens affected by the CrossCurve exploit.

Its primary objective is to coordinate a transparent, structured recovery process for impacted holders while protecting long-term ecosystem stability. The DAO manages allocated funds, oversees the buyback mechanism, and ensures that acquired tokens are handled according to the approved governance framework.

By operating through on-chain governance and defined execution rules, the DAO provides accountability, predictability, and alignment between contributors, affected users, and the broader Waves ecosystem.
